To USCIS: Re: IOE0920668668440 According to your records, the above petition was received by you May 20, 2023.
Since that point, the USCIS website has reported that 1) USCIS is processing this petition, and 2) that there is still nothing to report. Am I to believe that in the almost 1 year since submitting this petition, that there has been absolutely nothing reportable done on this petition?
This woman and I have been legally married in the USA since March 8, 2023. During that time we have lived in Tagum City, Mindanao, the Philippines since she is still unable to come to the USA. Incidentally, it is my home country the USA that prevents me from bringing my wife to the USA's shores.
What should be obvious is that during all this time, I have had to support two homes. The property that I own in Glenwood, New Mexico, USA, and the one here in Apt.#1, Purok 8C, Magdum, Tagum City, Mindanao. It should also be just as obvious that this arrangement is a very great drain on my finances. I probably do not have to explain that I am well beyond anxious to reduce my financial outlay by bringing both of us to the USA to live in my USA home.
I care for this lady greatly and desperately desire to not only leave this country and return to the country and home that I love, but also to be with her there. I could and would immediately leave this country in a New York minute were it possibly to leave with her by my side.
Until USCIS takes action on this petition, I continue to be stuck in limbo in a place that I do not care for in the least.
