 The water continued to rise along with our concerns |
 Most of the area in this picture is the area where the other apartment cooked outdoors |
 The rooster is now saying, "Hey! My feet are getting wet again!" |
 The in/out road is now a creek, at least 12 inches running down it |
 This is the road we use to come into our apartment, and the other area is a drainage ditch... with 2 to 3 feet of water in it |

 The concerns are reaching the 'now what' level, 2-3 inches higher and we will have water in our apartment! |

Inside that cage enclosure was a very disgrunteled rooster. He is now on a section of high ground within our apartment immediate area. At least his feet were out of the water
